About This Template

The Summary of Action is a simple form template to create a log of daily activities. Anyone can use it for a special project, daily work or even home life.

Background

In WWII the Royal Air Force kept detailed logs about flights in a report called a ‘Summary of Action’. This report is inspired by that log, and is a simple way for you to keep a daily log of key ‘actions’. Use this form template to keep track of anything you don’t want to forget:

• Keep a track of household tasks you’ve completed
• Create a simple monthly report of work activities
• Track updates you’ve made to your website, business, or brand

How to use This Template

The Summary of Action report template is simple to use and adapt.

• Before using the form, edit question 3 ‘who did this action involve’ to add your custom selection. This could be individuals, clients, business teams etc
• For each key action you want to record, fill out the form and answer each question. Your response will be logged and grouped by month (you can easily change this to group by project etc)
• That’s it.
